Well laid out and good-sized room and warm breakfast. Very central location, best base for discovering Burnley.

The hotel had a secluded setting on the hill. The staff were extremely great and very kind and kept the place clean. The breakfast had good choice of reasonably priced options, and was awesome and tasty.

The location was peaceful, right at Burnley Mechanics Theatre. The restaurant was brilliant with background music, we ordered excellent dishes.

Our accommodation was set in a secluded location close to the outskirts of Burnley as well as town centre and the football ground. Had standard double room with a comfy bed and wake-up service was available in it.

The hotel was charming old, the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The venue was set in the very central position next to the centre and the architecture of the listed former mill-owner's pride and a delightful room/conservatory. Liked their soft drinks, served in the lounge bar.

I recommend this hotel, it's clean. It's fairly large great family run property, everything is modern here. The hotel has ideal location and efficient staff on the late shift.

Truly a charming old hotel. Nicely furnished and high standard room with beautiful furnishings, nice old features plus full English breakfast. Hot breakfast for vegetarians. Good service and excellent value. Extra comfy area, very central location very close to an absolutely brilliant Tapas restaurant.

The hotel had a magnificent location just close to Burnley Mechanics Theatre. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop. The staff was extremely friendly, as well as host. Stayed in well laid out and good-sized room with nice old features.

perfectly clean hotel in a beautiful building right by converted manor house, admire the planting and burnley mechanics. nicely decorated unit with thick walls so very quiet. good hot breakfast for vegetarians for the start of the day. incredibly comfortable and very pretty location on the outskirts of burnley.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located at the top of a steep slope, it provides stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are charming and full of character, featuring four poster beds that add a touch of luxury. Guests can also look forward to a delicious breakfast included in their stay, starting the day off on a high note.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Nice staff and great and beautiful location really close to Burnley or East Lancs, a delightful room/conservatory and a quite suburb. Exceptionally comfortable bed in standard queen room with a lounge area and a hair dryer. They provided excellent service.

The location is quiet and it is really close to town center, converted Manor House and the slope. The hotel has themed and brand-new rooms with great breakfast, comfortable bed, for example.

The location was marvellous, about 15-minute walk into town. The room was absolutely spotless and fairly quiet with comfy chairs, the hotel's vintage style, large bathroom, just what was needed.
